Introduction	I am first a mom and wife followed by a business professional, friend, fitness, health and food fanatic. I love all sports, and anything related to sports and fitness. I am a pescetarian (vegetarian who eats fish). I am passionate about Diabetes research and believe a cure must be found! I began to really live my life in 2008 when I turned 40 and since then what a ride it has been. I proclaim my life to be beautifully complicated which at times does not lend itself to happiness but I have decided to change the course of my life and to truly live the journey that is mine. Create the paths for me to follow and be true to the mantra that we are only given "one" chance to make our lives great!
