| Introduction | Sam and I both grew up in Wisconsin, met at school there building and racing concrete canoes and then went to grad school at Iowa State. Sam has a master's degree in structural engineering and I have a Ph.D. in concrete materials. We lived apart for our first year married and are looking forward to enjoying our new house. We both enjoy being outside and distance running. Sam has been doing triathlons for the last couple years. I like to work on concrete countertops and motorcycle restoration. |
