| Introduction | I drive tractors, take down fences, landscape, pick chili peppers, hob knob at the local farmer's coop, fill out endless paperwork for organic certification, disc fields and turn off water wells. It's completely un-glamorous work and I wouldn't trade it for the world. In my spare time I edit book manuscripts and kiss newborn toes. |
