Introduction	Hi! Welcome to my my blog! For those of you who don't know me (thanks for stopping by!) My name is Sarah and I have, over the last few years, been on a weight loss journey (127 lbs. to date!) It hasn't always been easy-and it certainly hasn't always been fun! It has, however, been an enlightening, educating experience. I made some new friends and had tons of support along the way from friends, doctors, and plenty of online resources. I started this blog with the sole purpose of sharing some of the tips, tricks, tools and ideas that have helped me become a healthier, thinner and happier me.
