Introduction	Mihai D. Popescu: MA degree in architecture and trained as IT analyst. In the early 90ies worked as journalist. In the mid ‘90ies pioneered “Web newspaper publishing” in Romania. In 1996 was invited to lecture on "mass media image-building" at the University of Bucharest. He worked as World Bank and Governmental consultant in various Web portals projects. Since Jan 2005, he started a webpage www.romanaia-report.ro (now parked), aimed to address Romanian-related issues within actual context.
