| Introduction | From October 2009 to June of 2024, my husband Tom and I served as innkeepers at a bed-and-breakfast while living as full-time servants of the Lord, trusting Him for all our daily needs. Now, we care for an elderly woman and continue to minister as God leads. Married since 1980, we have faced and continue to recover from the challenges of pornography addiction and co-addiction. God has called us to help others find freedom from these struggles—Tom works with men, I work with women, and together we minister to couples. We haven’t “arrived” but invite others to join us in seeking healing and restoration as we “seek first His kingdom and His righteousness” (Matthew 6:33). We’re blessed with two children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and four grandchildren. Life has its ups and downs, but it’s full and beautiful as we press into the Lord daily. “I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace.” (Acts 20:24) |
