Introduction	I has been interested in psychological subjects since 2000. Although not affiliated with medical research or practice, I am working on a Ph.D. in an unrelated field and have learned how to read scientific papers, no small task. I feel that it is important to ground my opinions in reality and research that best reflects reality and this blog is a method of making that happen. I am also a fan of science fiction and I like to think about how different worlds or times might work.
