Introduction	I'm Jenn,a geek that loves food, fitness, and everything in between. I'm a mom of 5, a nutrition specialist, personal trainer, NPC competitor, knitter, hooper, Navy wife, and I love all things nerdy, including my laugh. Follow along as I dish on nutrition, recipes, training, geeky things, coffee, and who knows what else!
Interests	Obviously knitting is one of my main interests, books, my childrens education, my kids in general (even when they drive me batty) being an advocate for breastfeeding, homebirth, vaccine education, not circ-ing, and cloth diapering.
Favorite movies	Gone With The Wind is my all time favorite movie, Ever After falls a close second and a special movie to DH and I is Ferris Buellers Day Off (don't ask lol)
Favorite music	I don't really have a favorite, I am very eclectic in my listenings. I love bluegrass, country, rock, pop, alternative, classic rock, celtic. Pretty much anything but rap.
Favorite books	GWTW ranks #1, best book ever. Eragon series is a current must read. I can't wait for the 3rd in the series to come out. Really I like a wide variety of books as long as they can hold my interest and not scare the shit out of me.
