| Introduction | My name is Adelina Franco. I am the owner and photographer for AA Imaging. My company has been operating for 6 years to date but I have been shooting for well over 10 years. I have been thinking about what I can say here to give my readers a clear understanding of how I ended up a photographer. I don't know...I think it's always been a part of who I am. One day I figured that out and decided to go out and get some formal training. This of course was after I grew up, moved out of my home town of Amarillo Texas, moved to New York, and finally came here to Lexington, Ky. I have a BA in Fine Art Photography from the University of Kentucky. My road has been full of bumps and bruises, but always an adventure! Like many photographers, I love the art and technical aspects of my field. I loathe the business end. Sales taxes, bookkeeping, website developement... I have had many headaches trying to learn all of that as I went along. I'm still here!!!! And guess what? I'm still a photographer. |
