Introduction	I am a retired scientist.I am concerned with the state of nation, degeneration of moral values, distortion of democracy, misuse of caste, religion to achieve political objectives and apalling poverty.I have done MSc, PhD in chemistry. Have worked in Geermany in the year 1975-77, in London, UK in the year 1985. Have published over 30 research papers and several popular science articles both in English and Hindi
