| Introduction | Philosophy in the City is a volunteering project led and run by students of the philosophy department at the University of Sheffield. The aims of the project are to: Disseminate the study and awareness of philosophical inquiry beyond the university. Introduce philosophy to pupils from underperforming schools in a stimulating manner. Encourage those pupils to pursue their education and to offer them a means to study at university. |
