Introduction	Hi, running was never something I was good at as a youngster, but something that I wanted to do. About 6 years ago, I did my first race and even though it was very hard, I was hooked. Working full time as a fitness instructor and coach, I have the opportunity to share my passion and love of running with anyone who is interested.
