| Introduction | I have never been into fitness until I started Body Envy Boot Camp in Sept. of 2007 after having my 4th baby. I thought I would never ever get back into shape. Thanks to BEBC I have not only lost over 20 pounds of fat, but now I am stronger and more confident about myself than I ever have been in my life. BEBC is life changing! |
