Introduction I graduated from a culinary school in 2008, and since then I have been working as a line cook in a restaurant! Lots of fun, burns and learning! It's hard to still cook at home after a long night at the restaurant, but this blog is what keeps me in touch with what I really love : cooking, thinking about food, and talking about it! By the way, Miam isn't a cat talk, but it means Yummy in French.
