Introduction	Melissa Copeland, author of the Solitary series, has been working in nonprofit for the last nine years. She is also an advocate for the creative/adorable use of the f-word (unpaid, go figure). She received her BA in gender studies from Indiana University and an MA in diplomacy from Norwich University. She is motivated every single day by the awe-inspiring observations of her son, survivors of trauma, and of course, Sallie Mae (thanks for all the calls).
