| Introduction | I was born at a very early age. I was shy as a child, but I think it was just a phase. My mom has always said that I couldn't wait to be born (she was in the hospital approximately 12 minutes, and voila! there I was), and I've found joy in living ever since. Of course hard things happen, but through the gospel of Jesus Christ, I find peace. I love to study the scriptures and gain insights there. I have a testimony of the gospel and the Atonement of Jesus Christ which sustains me in difficult times. Though I may not stand out in a group, I love getting to know people one-on-one. I have a quirky sense of humor, and I like to make people laugh. I feel enthusiastic about a lot of things, particularly teaching and learning. I love to study human nature--in all cultures. I love languages (I speak French and Spanish). I'm currently working in two schools helping students who are struggling acadmically, socially and emotionally. |
