Introduction	I am the Senior Pastor at Oak Grove Baptist church in San Jose, CA and have a passion to help build and equip the body of Christ through true transformation. My passion is to share with churches how to take the "Next Steps" to become a power-filled witness which starts with transformation of the church into the image of Christ. Transformation starts from the inside and reflects outward.
