| Introduction | I am a 22-year-old female working in Toronto, Canada. I graduated from university in the spring, and am finding the transition to "real life" challenging at best. While at university I struggled with my weight - I suffered from anorexia for over a year, and have been dealing with a binge eating disorder for the past 2 to 3 years. In essence, I binge to bury my feelings and to hide my insecurities. This blog is my attempt at coming to terms with, and improving, my relationship with food and my body. My current mantras: "Food as fuel", and "Eat to live, don't live to eat." |
