Introduction	Retired finally. Widow of 5 years. Life long learner-always wanting to know more and always eager to share knowledge gained. Person with many hobbies.( Knit my first cardigan at 7 years of age. Made my first dress at 12). Fond memories of going to Boyes' summer and winter sales in Scarborough to stock up wool and material supplies with my Mum. One winter when snowed in we even walked the 5 miles over the racecourse and back carrying armfuls of 'goodies'. New to card making which has helped me through my mourning. Love the buzz after each one completed-feels as though I have created a mini-masterpiece. My 31 year old daughter is now making cards although with her first child just recently born cardmaking is on hold and my 26 year old son has even had a go. Have also taken up a new outdoor sport-golf and loving that too.
