| Introduction | I grew up on a farm in Maine and I graduated from Bangor High School, class of 1982. After attending Lee College in Cleveland, TN, I returned to Maine to attend Faith School of Theology in Charleston. Upon graduating in 1987, I moved to Southern California. In Aug 2011 I graduated from CNI College's LVN school and am now waiting to take my State Boards. As bike racers for most of our lives, my kids and I all race for Team Sho-Air out of Irvine, CA. In 2006, I found and continue to direct the Ladies Only Track Sessions (LOTS) at the Encino Velodrome in Encino, CA. One Saturday a month, I offer a track cycling session for the Ladies Only. A few times each year LOTS hosts an advanced Track School to prepare for the race season. I hope to see many of you out on the trails, on the roads and on the velodrome.
