| Introduction | This is my quest to put myself, my life, and my home back in order after Katrina devasted our entire region. Slowly my joie de vivre is returning, as is my home. My husband and I have 2 great kids, daughter, 26, and Son-in-law living at Walter Reed.. Son, 22 just graduated college 5 1/2 hours away to the north. Hubby & I after 32 years of marriage living on the Gulf Coast, love the South, but miss our beautiful New England towns. We are lucky enough to have and enjoy the best of both worlds. When we had to move out of our Katrina flooded home my lamps moved with us. They overwhelmed the small house we lived in during rebuilding and every one laughed at me for having so many lamps. But they were one of the few things that gave me hope. And that's why I'm a LAMP TRAMP! |
