| Introduction | I go to East Mecklenburg High School and I'm doing this blog for my Senior Exit Project (which is a requirement to graduate). I've always been interested in America's legal system and issues surrounding the death penalty. I recently gained an interest in cases surrounding mentally handicapped defendants.
