My background includes a B.A. in Liberal Arts, a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, with both graduate degrees from Stanford University. I analyze energy problems at the nexus of engineering, science and public policy.
