| Introduction | With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western University, I have over 40 years experience as a leader and educator in the military, industry and public and private education systems at both the P-12 and Post-Secondary levels. My areas of interest include the impact of change on organizational cultures and the impact that people can have on change in organizations. I believe that appreciative and distributed leadership models are the best for ensuring engagement of stakeholders and ensuring successful change. I have an interest in problem and project-based learning, competency-based learning and assessment, and alternative educational methodologies and delivery methods that allow learners access anytime, anywhere. |
