| Introduction | A new CVC service, launched in March 2007, provides an ICT support and development service across four counties - Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Merthyr Tydfil - concentrating in the Communities First wards. Many voluntary groups and community organisations do not have the skills or confidence to maintain ICT equipment themselves, to use ICT in an effective way and to plan for future development and expansion. |
