| Introduction | A recent graduate of the Catholic University of America with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Rachel is currently unemployed, a little bit homeless, and clearly having the time of her life. As a an achievement prize for having completed 4 rigorous years of college studies in the rank prison known as studio, Rachel will reward herself by embarking upon a cross country cycling adventure promising lots of sweat, numb toes, a sore butt, plenty of blisters, and one of the most exhilarating and unique experiences any American could ever dream of. After she conquers the vast expanse of land that is our United States, Rachel will begin a three month training and formation program in Washington D.C. preparing her for 2 years of missionary work abroad. Since she prefers not to plan anything too far in advance (as her punctuality rating clearly shows) she has not indicated a distinct direction in life following her missionary immersion. However, grad school and a career in disaster mitigation/relief are on the horizon. |
