| Introduction | Hi, my name is Laura and I am the mother of 3 great kids. I am also the librarian at one of the local elementary schools and I translate for the school district. I wanted to create a blog where I could share the things that I love but please keep in mind that I am not a professional. Here you will find recipes, my photography, home improvement stuff that we have done ourselves, books, scrapbook projects and lots of other stuff. I hope you enjoy it. |

| Favorite movies | Too many to mention. I like action, comedy, drama, mystery, really there are very few movies I really don't like. |
| Favorite music | Again, I LOVE music, all kinds of music. I like heavy metal, rock, alternative rock, classical, salsa, Prince. Probably the only music I don't really care for is pop, oh and rap (but I like the Beastie Boys). |
| Favorite books | I LOVE to read! That is why it is so cool that I work in a library! This past summer, I read "the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" trilogy and I LOVED it!!!!! Since I work in a library at an elementary school, I do also read a lot of children's books and there are some great books out there. |
