| Introduction | Been running for a long time. Over the last 25 years I’ve moved from short distances on the roads to longer trail stuff. With the kids out of the house we have more time to ourselves. Trail running is something that both my wife and I enjoy, and it’s a great way to see new places and meet new people. Homebrewing fits nicely into this lifestyle. There’s nothing like relaxing with friends after a long run. Good food, good conversations, and good beer! |
