| Introduction | My love for cooking has blossomed over the past few years. Although I've always enjoyed it, I never had the ideal space, environment or people to cook for. Now that I live in the heart of Los Angeles, I'm continuously inspired by the multitude of cultures this city has to offer. My commute from home to work is like driving through four different regions of the world. Pupuseria and Panadaria litter Westlake Village, Korean BBQ restaurants and Tofu houses on every corner in K-town and trendy eateries like Jones on Third and Toast in Mid-Wilshire. My inspiration comes from the people I see and the restaurants and shops I pass. Being a cook in Los Angeles is like being a kid in a candy store. You have the selection of everything and anything, with quality and authentic ingredients at your fingertips. That leaves me with only one question to ask: May I Cook For You? |
