| Introduction | Hi friends- My name is Howard Mahere. I am married to Emely and we are blessed with three children who are full of great potential. We have been living in New Zealand for almost three years and we have enjoyed the experience of learning a new culture. In Zimbabwe,I worked as Internal Auditor for a mining corp for 8 years. I resigned from the job in 2004 to fulfill my dream of becoming a business owner, which saw me start a money lending business. However, the record hyperinflation made it impossible to continue running the business. However, being a passionate business person at heart, I started another opportunity with a photocopy business, which I closed when we relocated to New Zealand in December, 2009. When I arrived in New Zealand, I took a job in a meat processing plant and because my entrepreneurial spirit had not died, I left my job seven months later to start my own business. Now I own NOT one but two businesses: my brick and motor business Lolly Mania, and an internet marketing and consulting business, which I created to help and enlighten business owners about working smarter by gaining the skills they need to compete in the online market. |
