| Introduction | Born in Pathankot(Punjab), did my schooling from FAPS Delhi from 1959-1969, finished school from GBHSS Andrews Ganj. Joined BITS Pilani in 1972 and passed out in 1977 with BE (Hons) Chemical Engineering. Joined J K Tyres as Management Trainee. Was responsible for launching the first steel belted radial production in 1977. Joined Goodyear India in 1979 and worked in almost all manufacturing functions at Ballabgarh. Finally resigned as Manager Manufcaturing Training & Management Development in 1987. Consulting in Human Resource since 1987, now heading Corporate Insight(www.corporateinsight.biz). Have been an active member of BITSAA Delhi Chapter (Honorary Secretary 1994-1998, 2000-2004 and the Chief Organiser Golden Jubilee Celebrations in 2007). Also a regular facilitator at Centre for Enterpreneurial Leadership, BITS Pilani. |
