| Introduction | I have been passionate about baking since the early age of 5. Thanks to my wonderful mother who mentored & allowed me to experiment with new creations throughout my childhood I grew up with a love for baking. Inspired by the science of baking I enrolled & completed several various baking & decorating courses. Now, a proud mother of 4, I am forever trying to maintain a healthy diet for my children, so when it comes to treats I am always tweaking my recipes or creating new ones in hopes of producing great tasting products that contain the healthiest ingredients possible. I take great pride in my work so each and every one of my products is made to the best of my ability with the attention and care as if I were making it for my own family. My products are produced from scratch with all natural quality ingredients such as butter, fresh eggs & pure vanilla extract from my home based baking studio located in North Burnaby. None of my baked goods contain margarine or lard, not even my pies! Having said that, my ultimate goal is to continue creating products that look great but taste even better using the healthiest ingredients possible. |
