Introduction	Therese Cecile Chung is a poet in San-Fernando, Trinidad. She is married to her beloved and has a beautiful Daughter. Therese Cecile Chung has written many poems, short stories and essays from her school days at St. Gabriel’s Girls R.C. Primary to present. At ten, her essay was chosen to be published in the Junior Express Newspaper. She obtained a full CXC Certificate with distinctions at St. Joseph’s Convent San-Fernando. At eighteen she was selected by Republic Bank Limited to participate in a Special Program where she was given a topic to prepare in ten minutes and had to present it live to over one hundred people. She was voted unanimously and given a standing ovation by all present. Mrs. Chung was subsequently voted Valedictorian of that year and her speech was televised at the Hilton Hotel in Port-of-Spain. She went on to study English, Psychology and Mathematics at Santa Ana College in California, U.S.A. where she became an honor student. Therese loves writing and her poems in particular are focused on varying types of love that exist in our lives.
