| Introduction | Mrs Yettman is watching me from the other side of the room. Neither of us has moved in about an hour. I have been editinig a chapter from my novel and I get the impression that she disaproves. For the first time in a year I have the time to leave her alone and work on other pieces. My novel being one of my priorities. Mrs Yettman feels that maybe she should be a part of this novel, because when is a good bit of intertextuality a bad thing? I, on the other hand, feel that she is now pushing her way into all of my writing, even when she has absolutley no buisness being there at all. Her presence is somewhat overwhelming and I'm not sure what it is that I am going to do with her. How do I distract myself from a character who is slowly but surley taking over my life? The Answer? A Blog. And that is what this is all about, I think, and I think because I believe that a good writer is never truly certain about what it is they are trying to acheive until they have acheived it. So here I am... trying to acheive. Or maybe just silence Mrs Yettman. |

The squish of mud between my toes. The tap of raindrops on my back. The shiver of wind tying knots around my legs. My life as a frog would be somewhat... uncomfortable.
