Introduction	Scottish Chartered Accountant with an interest in more than the numbers. I love being involved in the commercial and strategic issues and drilling down into the disparate parts of a business with a view to improving the functioning of the whole. Some people think it is a science, some think it is an art but mostly it's common sense and a fresh perspective. (Keep that last part a secret - don't want everyone doing it!)

Favorite Movies	Having a young family means that I haven't actually seen any new films in a while but of the oldies my favourites would include: American Flyers (Mid Eighties feel good cycle movie) The Sting (Newman, Redford, Con Men, Genius) The Usual Suspects (Twists, Turns, Keyser Soze) Finding Nemo (Marlin and Dory try to find annoying Nemo. Adventures all the way)
Favorite Music	Anything other than Celine Dion and Mariah Carey although to be fair her Christmas song isn't bad.
Favorite Books	Anything and everything. Voracious reader of blogs, facebook, twitter, NW and Australian knitting monthly. Christopher Brookmyre writes a good yarn and the freakonomics boys provoke some interesting thoughts.
