| Introduction | I am a researcher interested in distributed (cloud) computing, application execution optimizations, and bioinformatics. Currently, I work at Victorian Life Science Initiative (VLSCI) at the University of Melbourne. I also hold a research scientist position at Ruder Boskovic Institute (RBI) in Zagreb, Croatia and am part of the Galaxy Project. I spend most of my time working on a scalable cluster platform for the cloud: CloudMan (usecloudman.org). This blog helps me not waste time twice. |
