Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
yes, even cars like bicycles, why else do you think there are so many that run around all day with bike strapped to their roofs? Also the ocean would be a safer place if sharks changed their hobby of choice from hunting to biking.
