| Introduction | My name is Sheilah, and I live in Augusta Georgia with my husband Josh and 2 cats :) He has recently got into crossfit down here but since we are moving to Fort Belvoir at then end of the year, he is interested in what crossfit programs exist up there. I am an avid runner and swimmer (haven't quite jumped on the crossfit band wagon just yet) but I am looking for running events wherever we go and am interested in what events and groups exist in the Northern VA area. any suggestions would be welcomed. |
