| Introduction | Amanda has always been passionate about fitness. She has raced competitively in high school and college at Seattle University. Amanda got her start (2004) in the Fitness Industry by teaching spinning and conditioning at multiple mainstream gyms. Her experience as a personal trainer since 2004 and certifications with national fitness certifications such as ISSA and NASM, has positioned her to understand how to teach, motivate and increase the performance of a broad spectrum of individuals. |
