Introduction	I was born in Canada and have spent most of my life living there, minus some some short periods when I lived in Europe. Vancouver is where I call home. I have many amazing people in my life who have taught me so much - but this journey continues and there is so much more to learn. In university, I studied Neurobiology, Bio-psychology and Health psychology. Recently, I moved to Australia to go to medical school. I have always been amazed by the power that the mind holds over one's body and spend much of my time reading studies, books and watching documentaries which try to explain this.
