| Introduction | Myself: I am a travelin' girl who likes to practice the art of perpectual motion both inside and outside her mind. I like to juggle balls, sticks on fire, and a giant to-do list I am always over-stuffing with fun things. I like to unicycle because not only is it eccentric, but because it gives you great leg and butt muscles!(is this vanity, or just honesty?!?!) Most of the time when I am sitting still I enjoy working on my art. My Art: I am a full-time artist/ metalsmith/jeweler/writer, mixed media artist. I construct both 2-D and 3-D objects out of metal, wood, paper, found objects, words, and textiles. I love collaborative work, as well as creating interactive art. What intrigues me about sculpture is that it exists in our world and we are enticed by it. I try to make work that allures you to touch it, to walk around it, to pick it up and peak inside it, to wear it and to experience it. |

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
I DO in fact believe that forks are not only evolved from spoons, but that they are the offspring of the copulation of spoons and knives since in the dark ages knives we mostly use as a means of stabbing at solid foods while spoons were the earliest devices to aid in liquid. When forks were born they were only used by royalty and/or set aside for special occasions.
