| Introduction | From its inception to the time it was acquired by the company that sun-setted it, I was Technical Director of the company that created MAX. Then I spent 18 months helping Force 9 select the best replacement for MAX. For much of this 25+ years I have run the MAX User Group, a task that requires me to wear a different hat. People seem to think I've managed to separate my user representative and software developer roles quite well - and I believe this is very important! The MAX User Group provides a forum where MAX and MAX+ users can collaborate to reduce their total cost of ownership (TCO) by sharing MAX knowledge to feed their continuous improvement programmes. |
