Introduction	I'm a recent UF graduate still bumming around in Gainesville. I graduated with a degree in Business Management, but soon became disenchanted with the corporate world while still in the program. So instead of covering up my tattoos and joining corporate America, I am teaching myself to bake (with a large emphasis on vegan baking) and am currently selling vegan cupcakes at Tempo Bistro To Go here in town. I will not stay in Gainesville forever, though, and wherever I end up next, my goal is to open my own vegetarian cafe.
