| Introduction | I am currently taking creative writing courses part time at VCC and begin the Web Design & Interactive Media and Foundation for Design program at the Art Institute of Vancouver in July. I have a BA in Economics and History from Trent University 1995. I have worked as a professional chef/cook for the past 19 years in restaurants, hotels, bistros and on trains and ferries. I keep ferrets and a wife, but seldom a job. |
