| Introduction | This is my 20th year teaching in Northampton County Schools. I've had the privilege of spending the majority of that time with my favorite age group - fifth graders! This year I look forward to teaching and learning science and social studies along with my students. When I am not spending time in my fifth grade classroom or working with the other wonderful professionals that teach in my school system, I am enjoying time with my three children at home. I attended Peace College, NC State University, and Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my K-6 teaching certification. I received my National Board Certification in 2002 and was awarded my Master's Degree from Chowan University this past May. |
