Introduction	Stephanie Spindler received her BA in Fine Arts from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1996. She then completed her Masters of Fine Arts at Colorado State University in 2002. In 2005, she moved to Glasgow, Scotland and since has exhibited in Scotland, England, Turkey, Canada and Norway; her practice is inspired by themes of identity; disjuncture of the obvious and the latent; the relationship between the mind and body and exploration of internal landscapes of thought and emotion.
