| Introduction | I have an affinity for cooking and strongly support local food systems- I feel one of the best ways to learn about a person is through the foods they eat! My favorite foods to cook are gourmet pizzas, venison stir-fry with morel mushrooms, and blueberry peach cobbler! I'm continuously reading up on the organic debate and would like to learn more about agroecology (sustainable methods of farming). This has me convinced I should be a biology major, but I also love art and writing and believe they are important indicators of a societies commitment to sustainability. |
