| Introduction | Alexandra López Vera grew up in the southeast of Spain where she lived until she finished her two bachelor degrees in Education (2012) and English Linguistics (2016). After studying abroad for 3 years at Millikin University (Illinois), the University of Regina (Canada) and Newcastle University (England), she got a M.A. in Linguistics at West Virginia University. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Iberian Linguistics at UCSB. Her main research interests are Second Language Acquisition, Applied Linguistics, Pedagogical conditions and Second Language Teaching. |
