Introduction	I am the 38 year old mom to three great kids, I'm engaged to the best man on the planet. During the work week, I'm chained to a desk in my office where I slave away as Store Operations Analyst. I'm a full-time student at Kansas State University, majoring in English Creative Writing. I have no idea what I want to do when I grow up, other than write, so I'm trying to figure that out. All else, especially my haircolor, is subject to change without notice.
Interests	scrapbooking, cardmaking, reading, writing, dogs, Boxers, bad reality shows, home decor TV, Vera Wang wedding dresses, history, literature, ghost stories
Favorite movies	I watch almost anything from old black and white movies to whatever is brand new. I have too many favorites to mention.
Favorite music	I can listen to pretty much anything from classical to metal. I like almost everything except some scream-o (I do like Alexisonfire) and some old twangy country. I listen to a lot of eighties music but you're just as likely to find me listening to Blink 182 or Mozart.
Favorite books	I read at least two books a week when I'm not buried in textbooks. I like everything. Carl Hiaassen, Elmore Leonard, Lauren Weisberger, Harlen Coben, and on and on. I am obessesd with Diana Gabaldon. I have guilty pleasure days when I read bodice-ripping romance novels and other days where I curl up with 'Jane Eyre' or 'Gone With the Wind.' But I read something, every day.

Sponges and tongues are frequently misspelled. Is it because both are thirsty?

It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot than to open it and remove all doubt.
