| Introduction | I played a lot of sports growing up, and generally was quite fit through college and my twenties. However, I have always had an interest in bellies on guys -- especially those burgeoning bellies budding on a previously fit guy. A few years ago, I decided to relax my regimented workouts and diet, and experimented with gaining for the first time. My thoughts about the experience as well as reflections on the gaining world are posted here. They are best enjoyed in a reclined position, beer in one hand, and donut in the other. :) |
